Alpacas are a very important source of income for many South American families, apart from the use of their meat and wool, alpacas are also a pack animal that generates a positive impact on workers and the environment unlike any synthetic fiber.

SUSTAINABLE

Alpaca wool is biodegradable, which means it will degrade naturally over time without harming the environment, alpacas consume water directly from the natural source and prevent soil erosion by cutting grass while grazing, instead of plucking it like other animals.

ENERGY SAVE

They have more than 25 natural colors that can be used in garments minimizing the use of dyeing processes, this fiber has a low fat content, which means that less energy and chemicals are required in its washing process and its water source does not require irrigation systems or extraction of water resources from surface or underground water bodies.
